Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the general booking, retainer, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Fable & Flash photo booth services. Your signed agreement or invoice may include additional or more specific terms for your event.
Date Reservation
Your event date is not reserved until Fable & Flash confirms availability and receives the required signed agreement and non-refundable retainer or payment.
Retainers
Retainers are non-refundable because they reserve your date and allow us to decline other bookings for that time. Retainers may not be returned if a client cancels, changes plans, or no longer needs services.
Final Balance
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the final balance is due 7 calendar days before the event. Services may be paused, delayed, or canceled if required payments are not received by the due date.
Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Fable & Flash at info@fableandflash.com. Amounts already paid may be non-refundable as stated in your agreement, invoice, or written booking terms.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but rescheduling depends on availability, venue details, package requirements, and any additional costs. A new date is not confirmed until approved by Fable & Flash in writing.
Venue, Weather, And Event Changes
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup location. Outdoor events may require weather protection, level ground, and safe access to power. If event conditions, venue restrictions, weather, or access issues prevent safe setup or operation, services may be adjusted or unable to proceed.
Force Majeure
Fable & Flash is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, venue closures, power failures, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or similar events.
